Needing a bit more reserve power for a planned video card upgrade this unit seemed to fit the bill. I have a Dell 660 (not the 660s) and installation was fairly straightforward and took about 20 minutes. Half of that time was marking and ensuring my two monitor cables, 3 sound card cables, and 5 USB connection locations were documented before pulling them off and putting it back together. Only tool used was a 1/4" nut driver to removing/installing the 4 screws securing the power supply in the case.
The main power connector doesn't seem to want to seat as far as it should and the retaining clip doesn't fully snap into place so we'll see if that causes any issues later on. I just installed it today so we'll see how the longivity goes. It's quiet as one would expect with no fan noise and my unit sits not 18" away from me on top a two drawer filing cabinet. used in silverstone milono micro case for htpc. Has been quite, and modular design allows for better airflow in small micro case designed for atx power supply. No power fluckations, barely hear it running once powered on. Would recommend.
