Corsair Apple Certified 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1333 MHz (PC3 10666) Laptop Memory (CMSA16GX3M2A1333C9) - on Amazon.com
Defective - Non-functional on 2011 Mac Book Pro
I rolled the dice on this ram after reading mixed reviews. The end result is that it did not work as advertised, either because it was defective, or because it's poor quality. Either way, the computer would either give errors, or would not boot with this ram. I ended up having to put back in my original memory, and the system booted up just fine. I'm rather disappointed because I was looking forward to the upgrade, however, upon requesting to return the product, I notice the price also dropped $20, so my $100 purchase, was a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, and purchase a different brand for your Mac Book Pro.

Customer review : Package claims compatibility, real life does not
ALWAYS test new RAM, thoroughly. You do not want kernel panics, sudden freeze-ups, data corruption, etc, to happen.
I have 8GB of Kingston HyperX RAM (2x4, 1600MHz)
Upgrading to this Corsair brand made for Macs, it took 2.7 runs of Memtest86 for Mac to run before it errored out.
By then the MBP was over 48C in temperature (idle).
Putting back the original RAM, idle temps were back at 38C and the system ram 4 passes smoothly, begging for more.
MC725 was said to be compatible, even on the package.
Maybe I got a bad module in the matched set, but I cannot waste the lifespan of my laptop testing everything coming in. Each pass takes a couple of hours... times 3~5 to be sure. One usually gets 16GB to use it, so you want it to be reliable.
Apple is also on record saying the 2011 MBPs support up to 8GB only. I have a feeling they might be telling the truth. 16GB might be seen, but if the system is not stable or...
