Windows Small Business Server 2011 Standard - Review
Best Server yet, very fast shutdown and boot ups for maintenance
A great improvement over Windows SBS 2008. 2011 gives you additional features in the Web portal remote console in addition to speed. Very stable, we use for several of our clients. If you do migrate from Windows 2003, make sure it does not have corruptions in the system otherwise be prepared to do a clean install and migrate the exchange mailboxes and data files only.
Update- any questions please ask me like Jack did below in comments.

Customer review : SBS 2011 Standard is Excellent for the Price
Well, I bought SBS 2011 on release day last year. (2011) Boy, probably the greatest purchase ever. For $700 you get Exchange 2010, SharePoint 2010, and Server 2008R2. Why did I choose this product over Server 2008R2? The number one reason is the ease of use. I noticed the other reviewer said he had major problems with it. You have to have some idea of what you're doing and if you follow the wizards exactly, you should have no problems. If you need something simple to configure and have no need for SharePoint or Exchange, get SBS 2011 Essentials. Some "hidden" charges you'll want to keep in mind for full use is the price of a domain name and an SSL Certificate. You can get a domain name for as little as 2 bucks a year (.info). I personally went with a .org domain name. ($14/year on GoDaddy) The SSL Certificate is also about $50 a year. This should be a no brainer for small businesses. It gives the appearance of being a large corporation and is pretty secure. Buying Exchange and...
