This may be the most comfortable epilator ever. I have a couple of Braun epilators which work well (and grab shorter hairs than this one does), but if you follow their suggestion and use this in the shower with a drop of shower gel on the spinner, it creates a great foam and makes epilating nearly painless.

Some quick thoughts on this model specifically:
* You can use it dry or completely-wet, but not damp (e.g., right after the shower won't work--the pink cap will pop off and go flying). Dry is fine if you're used to epilating, but using it under running water dramatically reduces any discomfort, and using a drop of shower gel on the spinner reduces it further. This is the most comfortable epilator I've ever used.
* You can't use it while plugged in (that would be a serious safety hazard in the shower!) but it means that whenever the battery eventually stops holding a charge, you'll have to toss the unit)

Customer review : Where have you been, all my life?
I am really impressed with this. I am not real big on leaving reviews, unless the product is flawed, because I buy everything on Amazon. I just received this and played with it all day. It was ready to use, right out of the package, it was already charged.
When I was a teenager (20+ Years ago) My Aunt had an epilady (I think she still has it). I tried it, and I was scared to death, thinking, why would anyone ever take more than one pass at trying this? I always thought my Aunt was mad as a hatter.

The Pros:
1. I can hardly feel the hair being pulled out. The secret is to have shaved recently. The longer the hair the more painful it would be.

2. All the Attachments. Wow! I am in love. I have used the regular attachment for legs and arms, the small one for facial hair removal, and the foot care head. I have not been pinched or cut. I did not get red bumps all over, like I have heard of with other epilator reviews.
